Crane, Administrative Assistant <br />Item Title/Subject: Resolution 6612 Approving a Tobacco and <br />Restaurant License for City Tavern located at 2400 <br />Highway 10 <br /> <br /> <br />Jake’s Sports Café is transferring ownership to Thomas Stuart. Mr. Stuart will be changing <br />the name of the establishment to City Tavern. A Fire Inspection has been done on the <br />establishment (currently called Jake’s Sports Café) and has passed that fire inspection. <br />The establishment will be re-inspected when the transferring of ownership is finalized. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve the Tobacco and Restaurant License. <br /> <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Desaree M.
