CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />OFFICE OF THE MAYOR <br /> <br />P R O C L A M A T I O N <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 21, 2005, a severe weather system went <br />through the City of Mounds View destroying many trees, power lines, and <br />damaging many homes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Public Works, the Police Department, SBM Fire <br />Department, and City Hall Administrative Staff implemented a plan for <br />communication and safety for all Mounds View residents and businesses; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, many long hours were spent clearing roads and areas of <br />tree and hazardous debris; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this team effort and dedication was crucial to the well being <br />of the residents and businesses in the City of Mounds View. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, I, Mayor Rob Marty, and <br />the City Council of the City of Mounds View and its residents appreciates the <br />hard work and dedication of the Public Works, Police Department, SBM Fire <br />Department, and City Hall Administrative Staff for its team effort, dedication <br />and hard work during the September 21, 2005 severe weather system. <br /> <br />Given under my hand and Seal of the City of Mounds View, this 26th of <br />September, 2005. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL)
