Monday, September 26, 2005 City Council Agenda 25 <br /> 26 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Flaherty/Gunn. To Approve the Monday, September 26, 2005 agenda as 27 <br />presented. 28 <br /> 29 <br /> Ayes –5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 30 <br /> 31 <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT 32 <br /> 33 <br />William Werner, 2765 Sherwood Road, stated that a while go the Medtronic property was to be 34 <br />signed over but he has now heard rumor that it was shifted to another date. 35 <br /> 36 <br />City Administrator Ulrich explained the closing of the property has to be scheduled to coincide 37 <br />with all documents that need to be processed. A number of documents had to be gathered and 38 <br />finalized by the City Attorney and Medtronic attorney so the closing date was moved from 39 <br />September 23 to September 30. He noted that Agenda Item 8H will address additional items that 40 <br />need to occur prior to the closing and, if the closing is held on September 30, 2005, a special 41 <br />Council meeting will need to be scheduled. 42 <br /> 43
