Staff 1 <br /> 2 <br />Director Ericson stated that it is his understanding that the Hartstad project would be on the July 3 <br />27th Rice Creek Watershed agenda for their consideration. He stated that the meeting is held at 4 <br />the Shoreview City Hall. He stated that Snyder’s now owns the property and Gas for Less has 5 <br />closed. He stated that they have taken out the demolition permit noting that demolition could 6 <br />occur as early as next week. He stated that they are planning an opening for December 2005. He 7 <br />stated that Staff worked with the developer and was able to come up with a stormwater 8 <br />management plan that beneficial to both Snyder’s and the City. He stated that they have received 9 <br />15 applications for the Planning Associate vacancy and the close date is August 5, 2005. He 10 <br />stated that Staff anticipates having something before Council at their last meeting in August with 11 <br />a start date the first week of September. 12 <br /> 13 <br />C.
