City Hall Rehabilitation Update 1 <br /> 2 <br />City Administrator Ulrich advised that the City Hall rehabilitation project is moving along as 3 <br />scheduled. The last several weeks were spent in demolition and construction started today. The 4 <br />project is on target to finish by April 1, 2006. He advised that some asbestos was found so staff 5 <br />is doing a tally of those costs that would be from the contingency fund. City Administrator 6 <br />Ulrich stated he will provide the Council with that list by the next meeting. 7 <br /> 8 <br />8. Reports of City Attorney 9 <br /> 10 <br />None. 11 <br /> 12 <br />12.
