ROLL CALL: <br /> Mayor Marty, Council Members Stigney, Flaherty, Gunn and Thomas. <br /> <br />3. DISCUSSION <br /> <br />The Mounds View City Council held a closed executive session. The <br />purpose of the meeting was to consider allegations or charges against <br />an individual subject to City Council authority. <br /> <br />The City Council reviewed staff reports and discussed the matter in <br />question with the City Attorneys.
