Preliminary Report - On the basis of the City Council's previous action, a <br />preliminary report has been prepared. Based upon this analysis the project is felt <br />to be necessary, cost effective and feasible. A copy of the feasibility report is <br />attached for the Council's review. <br /> <br /> <br />Set Public Improvement Hearing - The public improvements associated with <br />the 2003 Street Improvement Project will benefit properties in the immediate <br />area. Therefore, for the costs to be assessed to all benefited properties, it will be <br />necessary to hold a public improvement hearing for the project.
