RESOLUTION NO. 6178 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING THE DEVELOPMENT OF A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL <br />(RFP) FOR WORK ASSOCIATED WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE <br />COUNTY ROAD 10 REDEVELOPMENT AND REVITALIZATION PLAN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 26, 2002, the City Council approved resolution No. <br />5824 adopting the County Road 10 Redevelopment Project Plans as prepared by <br />URS; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the overall corridor plan for County Road 10 has been <br />developed, the details on how to implement it have yet to be determined; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council recently named developing this project as a <br />strategic goal on the City Council Priority List for 2004; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, given the complexities of such a plan and the expertise <br />needed in developing the implementation plan, Staff is recommending that the <br />City send out a request for proposal (RFP) to solicit help in developing it. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby authorize and direct Staff to develop a request for proposal <br />(RFP) for work associated with the implementation of the County Road 10 <br />Redevelopment and Revitalization Plan. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 26th day of January 2004. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(ATTEST) ____________________________________ <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />____________________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
