MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER 12 <br /> 13 <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 14 <br /> 15 <br />3. ROLL CALL: Linke, Quick, Marty, Stigney, and Gunn 16 <br /> 17 <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA 18 <br /> 19 <br /> A. Monday, January 12, 2004 City Council Agenda. 20 <br /> 21 <br />Mayor Linke asked that Items 5 and 6 be reversed. 22 <br /> 23 <br />Community Development Director Ericson asked that Item 8H be removed from the agenda. 24 <br /> 25 <br />Council Member Marty requested that Items 8A and 8E be removed from the Consent Agenda 26 <br />and that Item 8E be placed on the worksession agenda. He then asked that Item 8A be moved to 27 <br />the next meeting agenda for clarification from the City Attorney and the City Administrator. 28 <br /> 29 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Gunn. To Approve the Monday, January 12, 2004 Agenda as 30 <br />Amended. 31 <br /> 32 <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 33 <br /> 34 <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT 35 <br /> 36 <br />Doris Hammond of 3034 Ardmore Avenue asked if Council was aware of the accident in front of 37 <br />the manufactured home park. She then explained that a car hit the utility pole and they were 38 <br />without power for a couple of hours and their only entrance was blocked by the numbers of 39 <br />emergency vehicles responding. She further commented that there was a domestic situation that 40 <br />police responded to but were hindered and unable to make an arrest because they did not have 41 <br />access to the park. 42 <br /> 43 <br />Mayor Linke indicated that adding another entrance is the responsibility of the park but he 44 <br />believes the park should have two. 45
