<br />Wetland Zoning District Report <br />February 9 2004 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends the Council authorize staff to prepare and distribute a Request for <br />Proposals (RFP) to be sent to local consultant groups having an expertise in the area of <br />engineering, wetlands, hydrology and stormwater management. Resolution 6181 is attached <br />for action if the Council supports staff’s recommendation. If no action is taken on the <br />recommendation or the Council denies Resolution 6181, there would be further delay in <br />moving toward a just and accurate representation of the Spring Creek basin.
