<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6192 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution Approving a Soft Drink Supplier <br />Agreement for the Bridges Golf Course <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, There is a Financial Benefit to renew a Beverage Contract; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Pepsi Bottling Group will partner with the City of Mounds <br />View for a the five-year contract; and, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby authorize the partnership with The Pepsi Bottling Group, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that Mayor and City <br />Council authorizes the City of Mounds View and The Pepsi Bottling Group to <br />enter into a Partnership Agreement for a term of Five Years as specified in the <br />contract. <br /> <br />Adopted this 9th day of February, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />________________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Clerk / Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />
