APPROVAL OF AGENDA 18 <br /> 19 <br /> A. Monday, January 26, 2004 City Council Agenda. 20 <br /> 21 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To Approve the Monday, January 26, 2004 Agenda as 22 <br />Presented. 23 <br /> 24 <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 25 <br /> 26 <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT 27 <br /> 28 <br />David Jahnke of 8428 Eastwood Road indicated he attended the Airports Commission meeting 29 <br />and found out that they will only finishing up and not making many improvements due to budget 30 <br />issues. He then indicated that the first 9 holes would be open by mid-July or earlier, if possible. 31 <br /> 32 <br />Mr. Jahnke asked whether Council Members read the article in the St. Paul Pioneer Press from a 33 <br />week ago Sunday on golf courses. He then said it was very interesting and would be in the best 34 <br />interest of all to read it. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Council Member Gunn asked if the stadium proposal was discussed and whether the airport 37 <br />would be expanded if the stadium is approved. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Mr. Jahnke indicated it was briefly mentioned but they said it would not be discussed at this 40 <br />time. He then said they are willing to cooperate to get the stadium. 41 <br /> 42
