Monday, February 9, 2004 City Council Agenda. 24 <br /> 25 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Stigney/Gunn. To Approve the Monday, February 9, 2004 Agenda as 26 <br />Amended. 27 <br /> 28 <br /> Ayes – 3 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 29 <br /> 30 <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT 31 <br /> 32 <br />William Werner of 2765 Sherwood Road expressed concern with how the City handles surplus 33 <br />property. He then said that he was interested in the camcorder that was replaced recently because 34 <br />it did not have a cable but he has been told the cable was found and the camera is adequate for 35 <br />the police department to use. 36 <br /> 37 <br />Mr. Werner asked if there is a list of surplus property for residents to review and what the policy 38 <br />is for surplus property. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Mr. Werner asked whether the furniture recently purchased was necessary. 41 <br /> 42 <br />Mayor Linke indicated the furniture was a budgeted item that was needed and the furniture that 43 <br />was there will be utilized by other Staff. 44 <br /> 45
