Just and Correct Claims 8 <br /> 9 <br />Council Member Marty asked for further information on Check Number 112753 to the City 10 <br />Attorney. 11 <br /> 12 <br />City Attorney Riggs indicated that there were issues with regard to the status with Ramsey 13 <br />County that he worked on for the Community Center. 14 <br /> 15 <br />Council Member Marty asked whether the charges for Longview Estates could be passed on to 16 <br />the developer. 17 <br /> 18 <br />City Attorney Riggs indicated that it would most likely not be possible to do so. 19 <br /> 20 <br />Council Member Stigney asked for further information on Check Number 112757 to the YMCA 21 <br />in the amount of $6,344. 22 <br /> 23 <br />Finance Director Hansen explained that each year in January the YMCA sends the City a check 24 <br />for $20,000 as a payment of surplus revenues over expenses but, this year, the amount was only 25 <br />$13,656 so the City is refunding the overpayment. 26 <br /> 27 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney.
