To Approve the Monday, February 23, 2004 Agenda as 27 <br />Amended. 28 <br /> 29 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 30 <br /> 31 <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT 32 <br /> 33 <br />William Werner of 2765 Sherwood Road indicated he would like to discuss the surplus property 34 <br />matter but said, in light of the fact that there were a lot of people in attendance, he would wait. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Mayor Linke explained that surplus property would be addressed under item 11B(3). 37 <br /> 38 <br />6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS 39 <br /> 40 <br />A. Resolution 6189, a Resolution of Appreciation for Janet Quick, Police Civil 41 <br />Service Commission 42 <br /> 43 <br />Mayor Linke read the Resolution of Appreciation. 44 <br /> 45
