If the council approves the hiring of Mr. Wolf, the top three candidates on the eligibility <br />list will be as follows: #1 Keith Demarest, #2 Matthew Carlson, and #3 Spencer Scofield. <br />The Police Chief has met with Mr. Demarest and recommends he be hired effective <br />April 26, 2004, to the position at the step one rate of pay as stipulated in the Law <br />Enforcement Labor Services contract.
