<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6226 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HIRE OF CHARLES PREISLER TO THE <br />PART-TIME, TEMPORARY POSITION OF INTERN WITHIN THE <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS , the Mounds View City Council has given direction to advertise for <br />the position of Intern within the Community development Department; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the position was posted and the City received seven qualified <br />applications; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Charles Preisler possesses the necessary background, training and <br />skills to perform the duties assigned to this temporary, part-time position; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Preisler shall be compensated at the rate of $11.00 per hour not <br />to exceed 40 hours per pay period; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Preisler’s employment shall begin on or after April 13, 2004 and <br />terminate no later than October 12, 2004. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby approve the hire of Charles Preisler to the part-time, temporary position of <br />intern within the Community Development Department. <br /> <br /> <br /> Adopted this 12th day of April, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br />______________________________________ <br />Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />______________________________________ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
