PUBLIC INPUT 30 <br /> 31 <br />William Werner of 2765 Sherwood Road asked whether just and correct claims were for 32 <br />expenditures that are already committed. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Mayor Linke indicated that was correct. 35 <br /> 36 <br />Mr. Werner asked who determines that each expenditure is necessary or justified. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Mayor Linke indicated the administrator is the authority by the Charter and claims flow through 39 <br />the department heads and finance department. 40 <br /> 41 <br />6.
