RESOLUTION NO. 6230 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDING THE 2003 BUDGET FOR THE GENERAL FUND AND <br />POLICE SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council passed Resolutions 5899 and 5900 on December 9, <br />2002 adopting budgets for the year 2003; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council at various times during 2003 approved actions that <br />were in the best interest of the City, but that required expenditures that were in excess of <br />the amounts in the adopted budget. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council adopts the following <br />amendments to the 2003 Budget: <br />General Fund Revenues: <br />Bond Proceeds Increase $11,281 <br /> <br /> General Fund Expenditures: <br />Elections Department Capital outlay Increase $5,000 <br />Fire Department Capital outlay Increase $11,281 <br />Contingency Account Decrease $5,000 <br />Transfers to other funds Increase $1,463,745 <br /> <br /> Police Grants Special Revenue Fund: <br />Expenditures Personal services Increase $4,000 <br />Expenditures Capital outlay Increase $4,000 <br /> <br /> Police Forfeitures Special Revenue Fund: <br />Revenues Donations Increase $1,800 <br />Expenditures Capital outlay Increase $1,800 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 26th day of April 2004. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator
