<br />RESOLUTION 6225 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> Resolution Approving a Business License <br />for <br />Applebaum Companies, LLC, dba Big Top Liquors <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to sell <br />intoxicating liquor must apply to the City for a license; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing must be held before intoxicating liquor <br />licenses may be granted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Applebaum Companies, LLC (dba Big Top Liquors) has <br />applied for an off-sale intoxicating liquor license at 2577 Highway 10; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Applebaum Companies, LLC (dba Big Top Liquors) has <br />submitted the proper paperwork and fees and has received the necessary approvals <br />from various City departments and outside organizations; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved <br />by the City Council. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve an off-sale intoxicating liquor license for Applebaum <br />Companies, LLC (dba Big Top Liquors); and <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licensing <br />period shall be from May 11, 2004-June 30, 2005. <br /> <br />Adopted this 10th day of May, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Jerry Linke, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal)
