Mounds View Planning Commission October 20, 1999 <br /> Regular Meeting Page 11 <br /> Community Development Director Jopke indicated the Commission has directed staff to research the <br /> history of existing billboards within the community. He advised there were two billboards within the <br /> City. One of the billboards is located along Highway 10, on the LaDeen property, and information <br /> provided by Terry Moses indicates that the property owner sold a permanent sign easement to the <br /> advertising company. He explained that this billboard is not subject to a lease, and the advertising <br /> company has the right to maintain the billboard in.this location indefinitely.
