Mounds View Planning Commission October 20, 1999 Regular Meeting Page 11 Community Development Director Jopke indicated the Commission has directed staff to research the history of existing billboards within the community. He advised there were two billboards within the City. One of the billboards is located along Highway 10, on the LaDeen property, and information provided by Terry Moses indicates that the property owner sold a permanent sign easement to the advertising company. He explained that this billboard is not subject to a lease, and the advertising company has the right to maintain the billboard in.this location indefinitely.
