RESOLUTION 6271 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A COST OF LIVING ADJUSTMENT AND <br />HEALTH INSURANCE CONTRIBUTION ADJUSTMENT FOR CITY OF <br />MOUNDS VIEW <br />NON-UNION EMPLOYEES <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Compensation Schedule must be annually <br />approved by Council Resolution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Budget for the year 2004 that <br />reflects those increases; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has traditionally awarded the same cost of <br />living increase and health insurance contribution to all employee groups in order <br />to maintain internal equity; and <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Mounds <br />View, that the City Council does hereby approve a 1% cost of living adjustment <br />effective January 1, 2004, plus an additional a 1% cost of living adjustment <br />effective July 1, 2004, as reflected in the attached 2004 Pay Plan, and a monthly <br />health insurance contribution of $613.30 for all non-union employees, effective <br />January 1, 2004. <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th day of May, 2004. <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich <br />City Clerk / Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL)
