Just and Correct Claims 30 <br /> 31 <br />Council Member Marty requested verification on the league of Minnesota cities refund of 32 <br />overpayment. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Hansen couple of years ago was accident with city vehicle and private party and the city paid 35 <br />10,000 deductible and league paid amount in excess of that and last fall the league accomplished 36 <br />recovery of money from other driver and were to calculate and send 2/3 of recovery to city made 37 <br />mistake and sent the entire amount so when discovered error got letter and asking for refund. 38 <br /> 39 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Gunn.
