Resolution 6244 Establishing Financing for the Mounds View Manufacturing 31 <br />Home Park Second Access Project 32 <br /> 33 <br />Council Member Stigney asked how the grant was written. 34 <br /> 35 <br />Economic Development Coordinator Backman indicated that the grant was written on the total 36 <br />amount of the project. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Mayor Linke indicated he would support Option b because he feels there are City costs that the 39 <br />Mobile Home Park should be paying for. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Council Member Stigney indicated that he feels the Staff recommendation of proportionately 42 <br />dividing the proceeds is appropriate but he would like to look into proportionately applying City 43 <br />costs as well. 44 <br /> 45
