She then 9 <br />indicated that the fencing requirement around the pond would need to be added as a condition of 10 <br />approval in the Resolution. 11 <br /> 12 <br />There were no residents present to comment. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing. 15 <br /> 16 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Marty.
