Consideration of Resolution 6289, Approving the Final Plat for the Hidden 36 <br />Hollow Major Subdivision 37 <br /> 1. Consideration of Resolution 6298, Approving Lot Split. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Planning Associate Prososki stated Pro Craft is requesting final plat approval for the Hidden 40 <br />Hollow Subdivision. She stated the park dedication fee of $40,767 is required by the resolution. 41 <br />She stated the resolution requires several other requirements to be completed prior to the City 42 <br />signing the final plat. She stated that the Council could approve the final plat, deny it, or table it. 43 <br /> 44
