To waive the reading and adopt Resolution 6275 as 13 <br />presented. 14 <br /> 15 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 16 <br /> 17 <br />G. 7:30 p.m. Public Hearing to Consider Resolution 6276, an On Sale 18 <br />Intoxicating Liquor License Renewal for The Mermaid located at 220 19 <br />Highway 10. 20 <br /> 21 <br />Mayor Linke opened the public hearing. 22 <br /> 23 <br />There were no public comments. 24 <br /> 25 <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing. 26 <br /> 27 <br />MOTION/SECOND. Consideration of Resolution 6289, Approving the Final Plat for the Hidden 36 <br />Hollow Major Subdivision 37 <br /> 1. Consideration of Resolution 6298, Approving Lot Split. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Planning Associate Prososki stated Pro Craft is requesting final plat approval for the Hidden 40 <br />Hollow Subdivision. She stated the park dedication fee of $40,767 is required by the resolution. 41 <br />She stated the resolution requires several other requirements to be completed prior to the City 42 <br />signing the final plat. She stated that the Council could approve the final plat, deny it, or table it. 43 <br /> 44
