Mounds View City Council June 28, 2004 <br />Regular Meeting Page 11 <br /> <br />Mayor Linke asked whether they needed to approve the lot split prior to voting on Resolution 1 <br />6289. 2 <br /> 3 <br />City Attorney Riggs stated that they should. 4 <br /> 5 <br />MOTION/SECOND. Marty/Gunn. To approve Resolution 6298, Approving Lot Split. 6 <br /> 7 <br /> Ayes-5 Nays-0 Motion carried. 8 <br /> 9 <br />Council Member Marty asked whether they could approve Resolution 6289, or if they should 10 <br />wait for the lot split to occur first. 11 <br /> 12 <br />City Attorney Riggs stated the Resolution they just adopted will allow the other closing to move 13 <br />forward, and then the closing with the City will take place later. He stated it was just a title 14 <br />matter, and he didn’t see any hindrance in adopting the other resolution. 15 <br /> 16 <br />MOTION/SECOND. Gunn/Stigney. To waive the reading and adopt Resolution 6289, 17 <br />Approving the Final Plat for the Hidden Hollow Major Subdivision. 18 <br /> 19 <br /> Ayes-5 Nays-0 Motion carried. 20 <br /> 21 <br />I. Resolution 6293, Approving the Plans and Specifications, Waive the Public 22 <br />Improvement Hearing, Order the Project, and Set a Bids Date for the Hidden 23 <br />Hollow Street and Utility Project. 24 <br /> 25 <br />MOTION/SECOND. Marty/Gunn. To waive the reading and to adopt Resolution 6293, 26 <br />Approving the Plans and Specifications, Waive the Public Improvement Hearing, Order the 27 <br />Project, and Set a Bids Date for the Hidden Hollow Street and Utility Project. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Ayes-5 – Nays –0 Motion carried. 30 <br /> 31 <br />J. Consideration of Resolution 6294, Approving the Final Plat for the CVS 32 <br />Velmeir Addition Major Subdivision. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Planning Associate Prososki stated that the necessary changes are laid out in the report, and that 35 <br />the corrected final plat will arrive to the City Hall tomorrow. She stated the only differences 36 <br />were changes in the easements. She stated Staff is recommending park dedication fees of 37 <br />$57,812.69. She stated a rezoning is also requested in conjunction with the request; however, the 38 <br />second reading will not occur until after the final plat is recorded with Ramsey County. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Mayor Li nke asked whether the applicants would like to comment. 41 <br /> 42 <br />MOTION/SECOND.
