<br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6328 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH <br />TVC MOUNDSVIEW, LLC, FOR A COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT AT 2800 <br />COUNTY ROAD 10 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 6270 on May 24, 2004, approving a <br />Development Review and approved Resolution 6294, approving the final plat for The Velmeir <br />Companies, LLC, for a proposed commercial development located at 2800 County Road 10; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the development property is zoned B-3, Highway Business, and is legally <br />described as follows: <br />Lot 2, Block 1 <br />Velmeir CVS Addition <br /> <br />hereinafter referred to as the “Property;” and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 6294 stipulates that TVC Moundsview, L.L.C. (Velmeir) enter <br />into a Development Agreement with the City to ensure the orderly development of the Property; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the approved development will not involve the construction of any public <br />utilities or public streets; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Development Agreement, attached as Exhibit A, in addition to ensuring <br />for the orderly development of the Property, requires that Velmeir construct a trail, as shown on <br />the site plan date stamped June 30, 2004. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves <br />the attached Development Agreement and authorizes the Mayor and the City Administrator to sign <br />the Agreement on the City’s behalf. <br /> <br />Adopted this 9th day of August, 2004. <br /> <br />______________________________________ <br />Jerry Linke, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> ______________________________________ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Clerk/Administrator <br />(SEAL) <br />
