One <br />of the conditions of approval is that Velmeir enter into a Development Agreement with the <br />City. Velmeir will be constructing a CVS Pharmacy on the corner of County Road 10 and <br />Silver Lake Road at the former Amoco site. <br /> <br />Discussion: <br /> <br />The Development Agreement with the City is required in order to ensure the orderly <br />development of the property and to ensure certain conditions of the development are <br />followed. The Agreement, which was not available at the time of the final plat approval, has <br />been completed and is attached for the Council’s consideration. The Agreement has been <br />drafted based on standard development agreement language provided by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Approve Resolution 6328, which approves the Development Agreement for the Velmeir <br />CVS Project and authorizes execution by the Mayor and City Administrator. <br /> <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> <br />Kristin Prososki <br />Planning Associate <br /> <br />Attachments: <br />1.
