PUBLIC INPUT 27 <br /> 28 <br />Bill Werner stated that the Bridges Golf Course is costing over $300,000 a year to keep, while 29 <br />money is not available for essentials such as streets. He asked the Administrator what the status 30 <br />was of the study for options. 31 <br /> 32 <br />City Clerk/Administrator Ulrich stated 12 options had been identified and there have been 33 <br />periodic updates of the study. He stated one of the options was leasing billboards, which would 34 <br />bring in approximately $240,000 a year. Another option was leasing or renting the attentive 35 <br />space at the golf course or providing redevelopment of some of the land in that area for 36 <br />industrial/commercial uses and relocating some of the holes or selling the land outright. He 37 <br />suggested putting the golf course on the agenda for the next meeting and he would get more 38 <br />details regarding it. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Mayor Linke stated a title search had been authorized for the property. 41 <br /> 42 <br />Mr. Werner stated the study didn’t seem to be high on the priority list. 43 <br /> 44 <br />Mayor Linke stated that this item has been talked about the most and is of high priority. 45
