The top candidate for the position is Tom Kinney. Chief Sommer has met with Mr. Kinney <br />and recommends he be hired to the position. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff seeks council approval to proceed with appointing Tom Kinney to position of Deputy <br />Police Chief, effective immediately.
