<br />RESOLUTION NO. 6345 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING COMMERCIAL KENNEL LICENSE <br />FOR SHAM-O-JET KENNEL <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Sham-O-Jet Kennel has submitted an application to <br />renew their commercial kennel license; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the appropriate paperwork and fees have been <br />submitted to the City; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does grant a commercial kennel license to Sham-O-Jet Kennel; and <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the <br />license will expire June 30, 2005. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 13th day of September, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Jerry Linke, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
