It was determined that there <br />were a total of six (6) properties within the project area that had more than one <br />driveway. City Ordinance No. 288, adopted January 22, 1979, states that “each <br />(residential) property shall be allowed one (1) curb cut access”. Because of his, <br />these six (6) properties were researched to see if the second (or third) driveway <br />should be “grandfathered” in.
