<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6363 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ASSIGNING OFFICER DARRELL MEYER TO THE POSITION OF <br />INVESTIGATOR <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, due to a promotion within the Department, the assignment of <br />Investigator became vacant; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Chief of Police has assigned Officer Darrell Meyer to the <br />position of Investigator with the Mounds View Police Department; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, In accordance with the 2003 LELS Labor Contract Agreement <br />for this assignment, Officer Darrell Meyer will be compensated at Step 2 <br />($28.20/hr) of the Investigator pay plan. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve Officer Darrell Meyer’s assignment to Investigator <br />at Step 2 of the pay plan, effective September 20, 2004, in accordance with the <br />LELS Labor Contract Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 27th day of September, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />__________________________________ <br />Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />__________________________________ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
