<br />April 24, 2002 <br />A Public Informational Meeting was held. There were approximately 30 <br />people in attendance. Representing the City were Jim Ericson, Community <br />Development Director, Aaron Backman, Economic Development <br />Coordinator, and Greg Lee, Public Works Director. Representing the City’s <br />consultant, URS Inc., were Todd Halunan and Greg Brown. Also in <br />attendance were former Mayor Sonterre and former Council Member <br />Thomas. <br /> <br />The meeting was an open house format for the first fifteen to thirty <br />minutes. This gave people opportunity to view several displays and <br />discuss the study informally with City Staff and representatives of URS, <br />Inc. Next, a presentation was given by Todd Halunen. A question and <br />answer session followed and the meeting concluded in an open house <br />format. <br /> <br />The purpose of the meeting was to provide interested parties with <br />information on the County Road 10 Reconstruction and Revitalization Plan <br />and to present the final draft plans. In addition, input and feedback from <br />the general public was also desired. <br /> <br />May 6, 2002 <br />Staff presented results of the April 24th Neighborhood Meeting at this Work <br />Session. Staff sought direction from City Council on how to proceed for <br />final approval. <br /> <br />June 17, 2002 <br />A second Neighborhood Meeting was held. <br /> <br />August 5, 2002 <br />At a Work Session, the project plans were discussed. Staff asked for final <br />comments or changes. Receiving no changes or revisions, Staff directed URS, the <br />project coordinator, to prepare the final plans for adoption. <br /> <br />August 26, 2002 <br />The City Council approves resolution No. 5824 adopting the County Road <br />10 Redevelopment Project Plans as prepared by URS, Inc. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
