VII. Evaluation of Proposals <br /> <br />Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria: <br /> <br />1. Responsiveness of the proposal in clearly stating an understanding <br />of the work to be performed for the City. <br /> <br />2. Competence of the team, including technical education and <br />training, experience in hydrology issues and engineering work, <br />availability of adequate personnel, and the firm’s support service <br />capability. <br /> <br />3. Relevant experience in similar projects. <br /> <br />4. Demonstrated capacity to successfully design an approach and <br />work plan to meet project requirements and then fulfill the <br />requirements of the plan. <br /> <br />5. Fee schedule. <br /> <br />6. References. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />VIII.
