<br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6365 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF AN <br />ALTERNATIVE URBAN AREAWIDE REVIEW (AUAR) FOR THE PROPOSED BRIDGES <br />BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has directed staff to explore all potential <br />options relating to the Bridges of Mounds View Golf Course (the “Bridges”), including the <br />redevelopment of the course; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has become aware through CRESA Partners of Minneapolis of <br />significant interest in The Bridges for a potential corporate office campus redevelopment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the AUAR is an informational document that will assist the City of Mounds <br />View in guiding business development of the Bridges site; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on September 13, 2004 the Mounds View Economic Development <br />Authority (EDA) directed the preparation of an AUAR for The Bridges Golf Course; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 13, 2004 the Mounds View EDA selected RLK-Kuusisto, <br />Ltd. of Minnetonka, MN to undertake the AUAR for the Bridges site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Environmental Quality Board (EQB) requires that the City <br />Council adopt a resolution pertaining to the preparation of the AUAR. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mounds View City Council of the City <br />of Mounds View orders the preparation of an Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) for <br />the proposed Bridges Business Development Project. <br /> <br />Adopted this 27th day of September 2004. <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />____________________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
