Set a Public Hearing for 7:10 PM, Monday October 11, 2004 to receive public input and pass 23 <br />upon a Special Assessment Levy for Diseased Tree Removals. 24 <br />D. Resolution 6345 Renewal of Sham-o-Jets Kennel License. 25 <br />E. Resolution 6348 Authorization for the Police Department to Participate on the Ramsey 26 <br />County Sheriff’s Emergency Response Team. 27 <br />F. He also asked if they had 36 <br />kenneled any animals from June 30th to the present time, and, if so, whether they are in violation 37 <br />of operating without a license or permit. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Director Ericson stated that there were no consequences or charges communicated to Sham-o- 40 <br />Jets. 41 <br /> 42 <br />Council Member Marty asked whether there was any problem with it, and Director Ericson stated 43 <br />that he was fine with it. 44 <br /> 45
