Mr. Hughes has been performing custodial duties at the Community Center <br />approximately 50% of the time. The remaining 50% has been spent performing <br />duties of a Public Works Maintenance Worker (which include building <br />maintenance at both the Community Center and City Hall). <br /> <br />The Parks Supervisor has met with Mr. Hughes and conducted a formal <br />performance review. Mr. Hughes meets or exceeds all of the job performance <br />requirements for his position.
