Keng Young, the current owner, <br />is transferring ownership to Chue Xiong. The Public Hearing was published in the <br />October 27, 2004 issue of the Mounds View/New Brighton Bulletin. <br /> <br />The proper application materials, fee and proof of insurance have been submitted for <br />ABC Liquor. <br /> <br />Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension <br />The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has issued a satisfactory report for Ge <br />Xiong. <br /> <br />Utility Billing (City of Mounds View) <br />The Finance Department states that there are no outstanding billing issues with 2840 <br />Highway 10. <br /> <br />Fire Inspection (City of Mounds View Fire Marshall) <br />The City’s Fire Marshall has issued a satisfactory report for 2840 Highway 10. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve the Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License <br />application for ABC Liquor. <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Desaree Crane <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
