<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 6381 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> Resolution Approving a Business License <br />for <br />ABC Liquor Store <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to sell <br />intoxicating liquor must apply to the City for a license; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing must be held before intoxicating liquor <br />licenses may be granted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ge Xiong has applied for an off-sale intoxicating liquor license <br />at 2840 Highway 10; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ge Xiong has submitted the proper paperwork and fees and <br />has received the necessary approvals from various City departments and outside <br />organizations; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved <br />by the City Council. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve the transfer of ownership of the off-sale intoxicating liquor <br />license for Ge Xiong; and <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licensing <br />period shall be from November 8, 2004-June 30, 2005. <br /> <br />Adopted this 8th day of November, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Jerry Linke, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal)
