<br />RESOLUTION 6391 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A Resolution Approving a Cigarette/Tobacco License <br />for <br />ABC Liquor <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to operate <br />certain types of businesses must apply to the City for business licenses; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ge Xiong has applied for a Cigarette/Tobacco License in <br />order to transfer ownership from the current owner; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ge Xiong has submitted the proper paperwork and fees, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved <br />by the City Council. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve a Cigarette/Tobacco License for ABC Liquor. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licensing <br />period shall be from November 8, 2004-June 30, 2005. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 8th day of November, 2004 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(seal) <br /> <br />
