Keng Young is the current owner of <br />ABC Liquor, and is now transferring ownership to Ge Xiong. Mr. Xiong has submitted the <br />necessary applications, insurance certificate and fees. A Fire Inspection has been done <br />and the establishment has passed that fire inspection. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve the Cigarette/Tobacco License. <br /> <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Desaree M.
