Weather-Rite, Inc., Business Prospect from Minneapolis: This prospective business is <br /> located in downtown Minneapolis in an old, inefficient building near the site of the proposed <br /> Twins stadium. The company manufactures HVAC systems, has 60 employees, and needs <br /> a larger facility. Backman suggested Building A in the M.V. Business Park to the company. <br /> He set up a meeting between the President of the company and CB Richard Ellis. <br /> 5. Other: Members asked Backman the status of various properties or projects. He quickly <br /> responded to the following—Fastenal (opened in Hwy 10 Business Center), contractor <br /> supply business in Silver View Square(lease signed with Ames), Premium Stop(Phase 1 & <br /> 2 completed, tanks pulled), Skyline Motel (nothing new), PAC (nothing new), Long Lake <br /> Business Center (LandCor, nothing new), Red Oak Estates (site prep underway, utilities <br /> being installed), Random Park Building (sprinkler plans to be submitted). <br /> 7.
