Premium Stop Redevelopment Area Study <br />2 City of Mounds View <br />INTRODUCTION <br />This technical memorandum signals the <br />completion of the research and analysis and <br />redevelopment concept development stages <br />of the Premium Stop Redevelopment Area <br />project. The purpose of this memorandum is <br />to summarize and document the process that <br />has been completed to date. <br />The document begins with a <br />Background section that provides basic <br />information about the project site. This section <br />includes information about both the physical <br />characteristics of the site and its <br />surroundings, and information <br />regarding its comprehensive plan and zoning <br />designation. Also included in the report are: <br />• Description of the physical <br />redevelopment of the Premium Stop <br />Area. <br /> • Summary of goals and objectives.
