<br />Item #: 7A−E <br />Meeting Date: May 17, 2013 <br />Type of Business: EDC <br /> <br />City of Mounds View Staff Report <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />To: Economic Development Commission <br />From: Heidi Steinmetz, Economic Development Specialist <br />Item Title/Subject: Reports of Staff <br /> <br />7A – TCAAP Development Update <br />Stay up-to-date on TCAAP by visiting the TCAAP Website at http://tcaap.net/. <br /> <br />7B – County Road 10 Name Change Update <br />City staff recently inquired with Ramsey County on their willingness to replace the road <br />signs along County Road 10 in Mounds View to reflect a new name (Northtown Boulevard). <br />The County engineer estimated a cost of $12,000 to replace the County signs. This does <br />not include the replacement of MnDOT signs on 35W and elsewhere. City staff is awaiting <br />a response from the County. <br /> <br />7C – Mounds View Business News <br />On May 13th, the EDA approved a purchase agreement for the property located at 2400 <br />County Road H2 (formerly known as Robert’s Sports Bar). The closing is scheduled for <br />“on or before” July 15, 2013. The property is part of the Premium Stop Redevelopment <br />Area. The EDA owns the former “Premium Stop” parcel located near 2400 County Road <br />H2.
