High Schools are going away from auto mechanics to more liberal arts topics. This is <br />creating a gap in the number of Technicians available. <br />Electronics <br />CNC on old and new machines. Need experienced workers willing to work long-term. <br />Construction courses, safety training. <br />Handling, testing, extracting plasma. <br />Pharmacy Tech training <br />Pharmaceutical Tech Training <br />technical wood craft machining skills, CNC, scanning, paint lines, etc. <br />Need basic knowledge of diesel mechanics and technical/mechanical skills <br />CNC, laser cutting <br />Electrical transformers, energy audits etc. <br />Managers to Hamburger University and on-line courses <br />Hand on dock work, organization/distribution skills. <br />Product design <br />There is no school for metal benders and robotic welding. For every 10 temp employees they get maybe one good employee. They <br />have an issue getting qualified employees who also have a good work ethic. <br />Over the road and short-haul. <br />Office, insurance transactions. <br />It's hard to attract diverse employees. Otherwise, employees retention is stable. <br />entry-level machining. <br />The bank has a great training program for new employees. Commercial lending.
