APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Flaherty/Mueller. To Approve the January 8, 2007 Agenda as presented. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />4. PUBLIC INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> A. December 11, 2006 EDA Minutes <br /> <br />Commissioner Flaherty indicated he called in a couple of changes to Staff. On Page 6, Line 214, <br />the minutes need the time of adjournment for the meeting, approximately 7:05 p.m. <br /> <br />President Marty requested the following changes: On Page 2, Line 73, fit where, Page 3, Line <br />106 Mr. Slack indicated that the EDA has 1.5 acres. Page 4, Line 145, underground parking and <br />bringing. <br /> <br />Director Ericson indicated that this was the meeting where the Authority considered the <br />acquisition and that part of the meeting was continued to after the Council meeting and needs to <br />be added to the document. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Postpone. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays -0 Motion carried.
