He then said <br />that he would like to add language for additional new square footage of building. <br /> <br />Vice President Stigney said he would like to define where spin-off development would be <br />located. He then said that he is unsure why Highway 10 would create benefits over other <br />locations in the City. <br /> <br />Economic Development Coordinator Backman explained that the corridor is a priority for the <br />EDA and the EDC and that is why the bonus points were added to the document. He then agreed <br />to add additional net square footage to the document. <br /> <br />Commissioner Mueller asked whether the document should distinguish between full and part <br />time jobs. <br /> <br />Economic Development Coordinator Backman indicated that could be defined. <br /> <br />Vice President Stigney indicated that he does not care to give bonus points for locating along <br />Highway 10. <br /> <br />President Marty and Commissioner Mueller agreed. <br /> <br />Commissioner Flaherty said that he likes providing incentive to locate along the corridor. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hull indicated that he is in favor of keeping the bonus for Highway 10 <br />development. <br /> <br />The Authority agreed to leave the incentive for Highway 10 in. <br /> <br />8.
