The company’s founder however, <br />is a longtime area resident and supporter of the City and decided to donate staff time to <br />the project. <br /> <br />In summary, it is staff’s opinion that the City of Mounds View has already received value <br />from the branding project due to the actions the City Council has taken on code <br />enforcement. The Council took these actions (in part) because of the information gathered <br />in the resident survey.
